Chinese herb (She Chuang Zi) containing osthole — a coumarin derivative with PDE5 inhibitory activity (same target as sildenafil, but weaker). Used in TCM for erectile function and skin conditions. Osthole also inhibits osteoclasts (bone resorption). Very limited human clinical data.
