By accessing or using Scan Dose ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Scan Dose is an AI-powered supplement analysis tool. You scan supplement labels and receive scores, ingredient breakdowns, and educational information based on published research.

Scan Dose provides educational information only. Scores and analysis reflect AI interpretation of publicly available ingredient research. This is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Scan Dose is not a medical device and has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about supplements, medications, or your health. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from this Service.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• Free accounts include 3 scans per day. Pro subscriptions provide unlimited access
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that is not a supplement label
• Circumvent scan limits or subscription requirements

All content, design, and code of Scan Dose are owned by Scan Dose and its operators. Scan results are provided for your personal use. You may share your score cards via the built-in share feature.

Scan Dose is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health decisions made based on scan results.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
