SCAN DOSE SUMMARY

Ayurvedic 'bone setter' herb with evidence for: (1) bone healing acceleration — reduced fracture healing time by 33% in a 1976 Indian study; (2) weight loss — 800mg/day CQR-300® extract reduced body weight, waist circumference, and fasting blood sugar in a 2006 RCT; (3) joint pain — reduced WOMAC scores in knee OA. Contains ketosteroids (anabolic) and ascorbic acid. The bone-healing evidence is old but mechanistically supported (osteoblast stimulation). Dose: 300-1,200mg/day. --- *Reviewed by the Dose AI Research Team and Clinical Advisory Board* *Last updated: 2026-04-06*
