Wogonin is a flavone from Scutellaria baicalensis (see baicalein.md). Distinct from baicalein — wogonin is a GABA-A positive allosteric modulator with anxiolytic activity. Also inhibits CDK9 (anti-cancer) and suppresses inflammatory gene expression.
