A 2010 study found tart cherry juice (30mL 2x/day) reduced post-marathon muscle soreness and inflammation markers (CRP, IL-6) by 50%. Also contains natural melatonin — a 2012 study found tart cherry juice increased melatonin levels and improved sleep duration by 34 minutes. Gout: reduced uric acid by 14% and gout flares by 35%.
