NADH is the reduced (electron-carrying) form of NAD+ — the coenzyme involved in 400+ metabolic reactions. A 2004 study found 5-20mg/day NADH reduced fatigue in chronic fatigue syndrome by 31%. Also: improved jet lag recovery in a small crossover trial. The concern: oral NADH stability is poor (degrades rapidly in stomach acid). Enteric-coated ENADA® is the stabilized form used in studies. Dose: 5-20mg/day on empty stomach. --- *Reviewed by the Dose AI Research Team and Clinical Advisory Board* *Last updated: 2026-04-06*
