EAA supplements provide all 9 essential amino acids in ratios optimized for muscle protein synthesis. EAAs stimulate MPS more efficiently than BCAAs alone because BCAAs lack the 6 other essential AAs needed to build complete proteins. 6-12g EAAs triggers maximal MPS (~equivalent to 20-25g whey protein).
