Daflon® 500 (90% diosmin + 10% hesperidin, micronized) is one of the most prescribed venous medications in Europe — prescribed to 30M+ patients. A 2005 Cochrane review confirmed it significantly reduces CVI symptoms. Reduces venous inflammation via leukocyte adhesion inhibition.
