Clinical Summary

Myo-inositol + D-chiro-inositol 40:1 ratio: strongest evidence. 4g MI + 100mg DCI daily. NAC 1,200mg/day + clomiphene: increased ovulation and pregnancy. Vitamin D (if deficient). Berberine: similar to metformin but drug interactions + heart rhythm risk. Spearmint tea 2 cups/day: may reduce androgens (small studies).
