Clinical Summary

Fix deficiencies FIRST: iron (ferritin <30), B12, vitamin D, magnesium. CoQ10 for statin users. Rhodiola and maca: don't work for chronic fatigue. Most 'energy' supplements are just stimulants (caffeine). Creatine may reduce mental fatigue. DANGER: Pre-workout BMPEA/deterenol contamination.
